Weekly Photo Challenge: Self Portrait.

Self Portrait..

A 1997 Self portrait!

Self Portrait.. So lets talk about this photographic experience from a first hand point of view.  A lot of people feel very uncomfortable having their picture taken.  I am one of these people as I am critical of images of me.  I did laugh though when I eagerly looked to see what the challenge was this week.  I wonder if I had a crowd standing with me.  I think I did!

This is one of my favored images of myself as an adult.  I loved doing this photographic shoot.  It was in an ancient log that was hollow and huge, laying on a tiny piece of cloth that was hidden to protect my body from the roughness.

About Mezza

I am a woman who has seen many things.. felt many things and perhaps seen and felt too much too soon. These days I wake up under a proverbial Christmas Tree. I'm in the drivers seat now, God does order my steps well Presently, I am an empty nest'er as all of my three children have left home. I am a radio programmer and I am hooked on music from many genre's .. Hip hop and Rap and Dub-step are not what your usual 50 year old lady listens to. Musically though, I do get lonely but I have the music. Honestly folks I hope to see much, much more of life through new eyes now. If you like, you can come along for part of the ride! Following my writings and my colorful images. All this is possible now. Thank you for joining me here.
