Weekly Photo Challenge – Fall:

FALL

Well there are a myriad of interpretations for this word “Fall”.  Seasonally , physically, from grace, my hair, the piano lid!
Lets look at the Gravity issue.

Because of the magnetism flowing through the earth we have gravity.  Gravity pulls things to the ground at force.  This photo challenge with the word Fall immediately sparked my memory of this image!  This is my dad “Bill” and he and gravity had a fight.  My dad didn’t win the game.  He was rendered paraplegic from a fall.  He took this fall at work. This fall was the beginning of the fall of my entire family.  When dad fell that day, our entire family fell with him.  I have so many scars and bruises mentally.  The fall was really a fall in every sense of the word
It was the first image I thought of.  I do hope you enjoy this.

      • Oops, sorry for my “language” Mezza but I was only referring to your entry as a whole and not the story… Sorry to hear about your dad. Judging from some of your posts, you seemed like very close to your family and that’s a good thing… I admire that in you…

        • Please all is ok! No ArVee I am not close to the nine siblings I have. Not close to any of them at all! We were all scattered like grass seed in the wind when Dad’s accident happened and it was never back together after that / the world changed for everyone that day in a big way and funnily enough it still does affect so much! My heart has been broken too many times with trust! Something that is hard to learn if you dont learn it in the first 12 months of life! My opinion.. and that of ERIkson lmao! however realistically this is where it changed though. I am ok.. I am alive!

    • I know and its a little morose to saddle you guys but as you can see he did ok for a paraplegic! he planted an entire yard with trees and flowers continually and did this by dragging himself around which I think back on as a little heroic in deed! all is good / life can be a bugger some times but there is always a pendulum effect to all things in life. I think!

  1. If you are next to me I will hug you and cry with you. This is one of my worst fears. My mom develop ITP and lupus last year. I was scared to my wits, felt helpless since I’m in another country away from her. I can’t console her, hug her, hold her hand . All I could do is pray and send some money for medicines. But the tragedy of your story made my heart ached. Don’t give up on hope. I will offer a prayer for your dad, Bill. I wish there’s more I could say…

I am honoured you have given me your time, plz say g'day!
