- Don’t rubbish the fall.
The wordpress photo challenge of “fall” has summed up a lot of things for me this week. Not all of my subject matter was feasible or possible to photograph at the moment. Some of my older images have escaped me? Not sure what is happening there. I will most probably find them next week when I no longer need them.
I decided that these chimes are the epitome of fall. If they didn’t have a fall they would in fact really be a useless piece of crap. That “fall” is the all important occurrence required for it to make any sound or or be effective in chasing birds from my strawberry patch!
I made these wind chimes from just stuff I had here. Most would call it garbage. The cans and aluminum etc, the shells I have had for years, the beads I bought in a garage sale. This is a fall of a different kind once again.
The drops or the fall of my Canowind Chimes, with a twist of solo lemon.
I am pleased with these chimes on all levels. I decided to add my artistic creative image with a huge ajustment on the contrast to make the windchimes look very hippie and 60’style, I smiled then and I pondered the fact that, we all did once. (look like hippies) Peace to you all.

They are quite attractive chimes too.. I have some hanging on my balcony and in the fall/winter when the winds get strong, they chime away. 🙂
yes I thought they were pretty good having been made from tin can lids and beads etc! I like them.
