Wonder..

I wondered what wonder meant and when I found out I was full of wonderment. Wonder is a wonderful word. I wonder how many know how wonderful wonder is. This is what I wondered.
Synonyms for wonder are marvil , phenomenon, sensation, prodigy, miracle. Something that evokes amazement or admiration or surprise.
When I gave birth to my first child I was exactly that. I was filled with absolute awe. So much so that after thirty hours of a long labor and delivery culminating in the birth of my son Jesse at 11.32pm at night time, I then proceeded to stay awake all that night just looking at him. He was to me the greatest wonder. I was so awe filled with his presence in the world. It was amazing! I had undergone five years of IVF treatment with the QLD Fertility Group and my IVF Doctor’s were full of praise as well. We had finally achieved pregnancy and birth. I was filled with wonder. He was in fact a miracle.
His name Jesse was given to him because the name means “Gift from God”. He was truly my miracle and gift from God.
